Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Pipeline Management:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.

• Identify, prioritize, and target potential clients in the industrial, residential, and turnkey project segments.

2. Business Development:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including industrial clients, developers, and project consultants.

• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.

3. Financing & Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners to structure financing options for solar projects.

• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, technical, and project execution teams.

4. Customer Engagement:

• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns.

• Monitor project milestones and maintain transparent communication with clients.

5. Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3-7 years in business development, sales, preferably in industrial sales, electrical sales, or solar projects.

• Proven track record in handling large-scale projects or turnkey solutions.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, related regulations, project financing, and relevant industry standards.

• Ability to understand and present technical solutions to clients.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Supervision:

• Oversee solar installation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

• Supervise the work of technicians and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for solar power systems to maximize efficiency and performance.

• Conduct periodic system checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.

3. Inspection & Troubleshooting:

• Perform detailed inspections of solar installations, identifying defects or malfunctions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar inverters, panels, and electrical components.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance.

• Prepare reports for management highlighting system performance metrics and maintenance schedules.

5. Client Coordination:

• Coordinate with clients during installation and maintenance phases to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

• Provide guidance on system operations and maintenance best practices.

6. Compliance & Safety: 

• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Train team members on safe work practices and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Solar specialization preferred).

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in solar installation, operations, and maintenance.

• Skills: Strong understanding of solar power systems, electrical wiring, and preventive maintenance techniques.

• Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in solar installation and maintenance.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for on-site supervision and maintenance.
